SUN DEVIL BASEBALL ANNOUNCES NINE TO 2018 SIGNING CLASS

TEMPE -- Sun Devil Baseball announced nine new members to the 2018 signing class as part of the early signing period, as released by head coach Tracy Smith.
The 2018 Sun Devil signing class features a slew of exceptional pitchers – seven in total – in addition to a highly rated outfielder and catcher.
"We felt like we addressed our needs in this early signing period," Smith said of the early signing class. "These are some very good baseball players and quality people. We look forward to getting them on campus."
Five of the nine players in the class appeared in the 2017 Area Code Games and the group as a whole has earned over 40 All-Tournament honors in their career.
